We are sorry if any of our pieces do not suit you. Please refer to the following for our exchange and returns terms.
Kindly note that we do not provide exchanges. In case of incorrect purchases (eg. wrong colour / sizes), we only accept returns and you will be given store credits. Postage (to and fro) shall be borne by you.
A returns form attached together with your order will be enclosed in your delivered parcel. Just simply fill it up and enclose it together in your returns parcel to facilitate issue of store credits when the parcel reach us.
Please note the following for returns:
- Returns will only be accepted for an item(s) in its original condition, with the tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Pack the item in its original packing material (with labels and tags INTACT), and mail it in an opaque envelope to prevent clothes from being damage in transit.
- Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking, such as Smartpac or Registered Mail by Singpost. Return parcels are to reach us within 7 working days of dispatch date for local orders, or 20 working days for international orders. This is to prevent any lost mails as we will only issue credits upon receipt of item, thus lost mails will mean that we are unable to credit you.
All return parcels are dealt via mail only. If you return an item which does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the rights to reject the return and any request for an exchange.
A store credits code with 60 days validity will be issued thereafter.
Store credits can only be used once, and will not be applicable for another return or/and exchange.
There will strictly be no cash refunds for items purchased from our site, and we do not provide any exchanges should purchase of our merchandise be made from any third party.
*We strictly do not allow refunds and returns/exchanges for sale items, accessories and orders using sale promotional codes.
Defective/Wrong Items Sent
We take pride in our clothes and we check through every item before dispatching them out. However sometimes our eyes may miss out a defect or we may mix up an order, and we sincerely apologise for that. In such circumstances, please kindly email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Order ID and item(s) purchased
- Clear picture and description of defect or incorrect piece
We will advise you further on the returns via email and mailing fees will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective or incorrect.
Returns will only be accepted for an item(s) in its original condition, with the tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
In such cases, if a replacement piece is available, it will be sent out immediately after the defective piece has been mailed back. However, if the item is no longer available, store credit with one year validity will be issued. Any mailing charges incurred will be reimbursed via store credits together. There will strictly be no cash refunds.
