1. Do I need to sign up an account in order to make a purchase?

No, you will not need to sign up an account to complete a purchase.

However signing up to be a part of PDC family simply means more awesome perks! First and foremost, there’s no need to fill in your details every time you shop with us.  You will also get to enjoy our rewards system, track your orders and get first hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers via our regular newsletters.

2. What if I’ve made an order but I am unable to make payment within the 24hrs time frame?

Your order will be cancelled automatically. Please add the item(s) back into your cart (if item(s) is/are still in stock) and make payment within your next timeframe.


3. What is a Waitlist?

When an item goes out of stock, a wish list pops up for you to register your interest in the product. If the item is restocked, you will receive first hand email notification. Registering to the wait lists also tells us your preferences and we will consider manufacturing the popular items again! Thus, if you love the sold out item very much, please do add your email to the wait list!


4. What is a Backorder?

Popular items (which we determine from the wish lists and feedbacks that we receive from you) may be manufactured again! Backorder items usually take about 6-8 weeks to reach us in Singapore. To join a backorder, simply cart out a slot as usual. Once the backorder batch arrives in Singapore we will dispatch the items out to you as soon as possible.

If there is an in-stock item and a backorder-ed item in the same order, we will dispatch the orders separately, namely the in-stock item first, then the backorder-ed item when it arrives subsequently. However, if there is more than one backorder-ed item in the same order, we will only dispatch the parcel out when all items have arrived.

5. Can I change my payment method after carting out my order?

6. When will my order be shipped out?

Kindly allow 1-2 working days for processing of items. Thus, all packages will be mailed out within 2 working days after receipt of payment.  An email notification will be sent once the courier picks up your parcel.


7. I accidentally closed the payment page when making payment for my purchase. How do I proceed?

Simply email us at and we will guide you along! Do not attempt a second payment to prevent any duplicate payments made.
